Illustration Friday - Brave
As one who still occasionally gets spooked when I walk past a darkened door or down a dark street, I decided to do my interpretation of the word 'brave,' as a trick-or-treater who is willing to go up to the door of a haunted house. Meanwhile, his two pals cower behind the fence and watch nervously. This painting was done using Corel Painter XI. Once again I attempted to do this in a style you might have seen in a 'Little Golden Book' from the 1950's or 60's.
